Wood Fired Pizzas

Pizzas will be available during the school holidays from 31st July -5th August and again from 14th August. Opening is weather dependent so please call to check availability before making a special journey.

We now have a wood-fired oven at Coton Manor producing delicious and authentic Italian-style pizzas.

There is an emphasis on using fresh, seasonal ingredients, from our vegetable garden where possible. The dough for the super-thin bases is made daily using the finest Italian pizza flour. Everything that goes onto them is treated with respect and thoughtfulness to try and make the most delicious pizzas possible.
