| From early April to early May, the garden is awash with colour as the tulips, spring bulbs and blossom bring the garden to life and hail in the new season. A wide variety of tulips and spring bulbs are on display in the garden, many of which can also be purchased in the plant nursery. |

| In the woodland areas of the garden there is a flowering peak in April, when the hellebores and the last of the white narcissus are joined by erythroniums, trilliums, anemones, hepaticas, violas, pulsatillas and many other early flowering plants. | ||||
