Autumn Propagation and Division
With Caroline Tait
Thursday 2nd September 201010.15am-3.30pm
In the second of our propagation courses Caroline Tait will explain the importance of autumn sowing in order to produce bigger, longer lasting flowers for the next year and also emphasise that many seeds can actually benefit from the winter cold. Caroline will also demonstrate propagation from root cuttings and techniques for taking hardwood cuttings, suitable for most shrubs and roses. As usual, a practical session follows in the Potting Shed where everyone will be able to participate.
£60 including lunch
