| In many ways a smaller border can be a greater challenge than one on a much larger scale. During this course Susie Pasley-Tyler, whose main pre-occupation might be regarded as tending expansive borders, will discuss her approach to coping with the many restricted areas and corners in the garden at Coton and how she selects the plants and positions them to achieve a simple but lasting effect. She will spend part of the session outside discussing examples of smaller borders at Coton which can often be repeated successfully in one’s own garden. |
