| During this course, aimed at anyone creating a new border or completely re-designing an existing one, Laura de Beden will discuss the basic principles for positioning the border in the overall context of the garden, taking account of aspect and conditions, and then deciding on its scale and shape. She will go on to explain how to devise a planting scheme with an emphasis on achieving the right balance of form and structure, and rewarding colour combinations. As ever Laura will be brimful of imaginative ideas to enhance your borders. |

| Laura de Beden is a Landscape and Garden Architect, has trained with John Brookes and lectures regularly throughout the country and is particularly in demand by NADFAS. She is involved with many design projects of different sizes in the UK and abroad and writes extensively. She brings an exuberant style to her courses and thrives on audience participation.
